Pipe Cleaner Wands at the Craft Fair
Last Fall (yep, it takes me this long to post things sometimes) I was invited to ready a table at my children's early on childhood alma mater for their annual arts and crafts fair. I thought long and hard about what to practise with the kids. I couldn't exercise something with paint because most parents don't desire to travel around a off-white with wet artwork. It had to be open up-ended, with not as well much explaining, and like shooting fish in a barrel plenty for three-twelvemonth olds. And information technology had to be inviting and colorful. This is a alpine guild. I came up with these pipe cleaner wands, and thankfully they were a huge hit! Definitely some prep piece of work involved, simply my kids helped and we did it the night earlier while watching a moving picture ♡.

SUPPLIES:
~ Pipe cleaners (I bought brights and multi)
~ Pony chaplet (9mm)
~ Alphabet beads
~ Washi tape
~ Bowls and jars for display (I bought my milk jars online) and plates for record $.25
Process:
one. Take two pipe cleaners and twist them together. At the top, form a shape. Brand many of these.
2. Let your kids make a few samples.
three. Display them in jars. Divide chaplet by color and put them in bowls. Pre-cut some tape and secure pieces to plates.
4. Tell kids they can utilise beads and tape to brand their wand. Let them create!
This prepare-up would piece of work really well at a birthday party or a family gathering, too. It's merely so simple, and swell for both boys and girls.
Permit me know if you try this!
